Have any of you ladies heard of CSN Stores? They basically have everything you could possibly need, from coffee tables to fabulous shoes and accessories. And of course, they've got some amazing handbags (ahh, my weakness!!)
It's the easiest way to shop--everything's in one place! Pretty cool, no? You can also sort by price--which pretty much rocks for anyone like me who severely lacks in the money department!
My fave find so far is this Murval Lbiza Leopard Scarf (it's only $14.99!) Exploring the site is so much fun--I could probably spend hours checking out their deals.
So watch for a post in the future; I'll be reviewing a product from CSN Stores!

Need a Skin Boost? Origin's VitaZing Does the Trick!
So it's no secret that I'm basically in love with every Origins product out there. Everything I've tried so far has been of the best quality and doesn't harm my very sensitive skin.
So it's no surprise that Origin's latest product, VitaZing, has me jumping up and down with glee. The product is a morning moisturizer that simply makes your skin look fabulous. It gives skin a refreshing boost of antioxidant-rich Mangosteen. It also adds a healthy hit of radiance that mimics the glow you get from a week’s vacation. All in 10 seconds max.
This is the perfect moisturizer to throw on after a night of partying. It restores your skin's beauty and even adds to it.
There's the tiniest bit of a tint to it that is flattering on most skintones (even my ridiculously pale skin). It's also got SPF15 which is always important, regardless of the season.
And of course the best part is that it really seemed to hydrate my skin without leaving behind any sort of oily residue or anything gross. Honestly? This stuff makes my heart go aflutter!
You can buy your own tube (and I highly suggest you do) for $35--it's totally worth it.
Disclosure: This post contains a sample product sent for consideration by a PR firm. My priority is to you, and I honor that commitment by being honest! If you have any questions about this, please email me.

Fabulous Stila Palette on the Cheap!
Ummm...can we just take a second to discuss how excited I am about this palette?! First of all, Stila's eyeshadows are by far my favorite. If I ever "treat" myself, I'll buy an eyeshadow pan (usually in Kitten --a cult favorite) for a whopping $20.
Stila's Color Wheel Eye Shadow Palette includes 37 eye shadow shades, a mirror, 2 double-ended eye shadow brushes and a 16-page Look Book with photographs of top models in the various Color Wheel looks. The Look Book also features Stila Pro Artists' tips & tricks and detailed, easy to follow step-by-steps instructions.
The colors look great. I even see one that looks like Kitten (I'm crossing my fingers here). The palette is a $558 value--seriously, and is selling right now for $38.
I can't wait to try this out! Anyone with me??

Lip Gloss for a Cause! (AND ANOTHER GIVEAWAY!!!)
Most of you probably already know that I buy almost every color and type of lip gloss in the word. So it's no surprise that I'm in love with Revlon's new Super Lustrous Lipgloss in Pink Pursuit.
The color is fab on everyone. The shade is a flattering sheer pink with a little gold shimmer to it, so it actually works with both warm and cool skintones. Plus, it's sheer enough to apply sans mirror (which is a huge help since I probably reapply 5793743 a day no matter what). At the same time, the gloss gives enough color to make your lips pop!
I've always been a fan of Revlon's glosses to begin with. They're never sticky, definitely moisturizing and don't tend to wear off quickly.
10% of sales of the Pink Pursuit hue will be donated to the fight against breast cancer. The gloss will have the breast cancer ribbon on the wand to distinguish it from existing shades.
So beautiful lipgloss for a great cause? I'm in. You can find a tube of your own at most drugstores for about $7.
Oh, and did I mention that I have FIVE of these pretty lippies to give away to five lucky readers? Well, I do.
To enter the giveaway, send an email to sassyalana@gmail.com with the subject line reading "PINK PURSUIT". The giveaway ends 10/29 and the winners will be alerted via email.
Good luck, ladies!!!

Mr. Wrong is Mr. Right For Me!
Okay, so I might have over 50 nail polish hues...but who's counting? Because of my
polish love, I know a good color when I see it. My latest fave is Hard Candy's Mr. Wrong. It's the most fabulous color I've seen in a while. I'm actually wearing it as I type and have to keep stopping to admire my nails.

The unique blend of gunmetal grey, silver glitter and a tiny hint of purple makes this one of my fall staples. The color applies beautifully; two coats made my nails completely opaque. The end result is stunning nails that look great with anything.
This is a great color for someone who's a little shy about wearing dark polish, as the glitter lightens it up a bit.
And of course, as with all Hard Candy polishes, there's a big plastic ring to wear with it to complete the total look.
My advice? Immediately run out to the nearest Walmart and buy this shade for about $5! It's super popular and exclusively sold at Walmart.

Seductive Scent: Victoria's Secret Bombshell (AND a Giveaway!!)
Smelling fabulous is one of the most important things to me. If you don't smell amazing, then all of your fashionista efforts are basically a waste.
Victoria's Secret Bombshell fragrance is really tickling my fancy. And it doesn't hurt that the bottle is pink.
A blend of purple passion fruit, Shangri-la yellow peony and vanilla orchid makes this scent unique, sensual and sexy. Layering the Body Lotion under the Body Mist really makes this gorgey fragrance last all day.
And I have a set of the two to give away to a lucky reader! Yay!! I have full-size bottles of both the Body Mist and the Body Lotion for one of you lucky, lucky gals.
To enter the giveaway, send an email to sassyalana@gmail.com with the subject line reading "BOMBSHELL". The giveaway ends 10/22 and the winner will be alerted via email.Good luck, ladies!!!

My New Fave Hair Product: Oribe's Dry Texturizing Spray
I'm in love. With a hair product. And I'm serious.
Oribe's Dry Texturizing Spray is nothing short of amazing. If you're a regular reader, then you're well aware of the fact that I frequently find myself with one of two hair styles: afro-chic, or limp and flat. Neither is acceptable.
The spray works amazingly. I used it after I had already "done" my hair (put in some serum, mouse and blow dried it). So, my hair was completely dry. I sprayed on some of this fab stuff and got exactly the look I was going for--gorgeous curls without having to wait for the product to dry.
The spray is also a great alternative to a dry shampoo. I don't know about you ladies, but I'm always so busy and washing my hair daily is not an option. Plus it's not healthy for your hair. The Dry Texturizing Spray is perfect to give your hair some lift and make it look super clean and pretty.
You can buy your own bottle (which I highly suggest) for $39.

Fashion Faux Pas: Wearing Ugly Sweatpants With Heels
This bothers me so much. I've been hoping that this whole "wearing sweatpants in public" trend would be over by now, but I see that it has only gotten worse than I could have possibly imagined.
These Joplin Heather Grey sweatpants from JamesJeans are repulsive to begin with. The tapered leg and the seemingly puffed out hip/crotch area isn't flattering on anyone (even the model). The fact that each pair is around $170 doesn't help their case.
Don't get me wrong. I have a few pairs of cute sweatpants. That I wear at home. And that cost under $30.
The thing that bothers me the most though, is the fact that it's apparently trendy to wear ugly sweatpants like these out on the town with your most fabulous heels.
WHAT??!! How is this socially acceptable? It is one of the most ridiculous things I've seen in a while (other than the whole harem pants thing).
If I see anyone rocking this look, chances are they will be getting a fashion citation courtesy of Sassy Fashionista.
That is all.

The Fashionista's Way to Burn Calories!
I just found out the best thing ever today: Cleaning your closet can burn about 230 calories per hour. Eeeee!!! How amazing is that?!
Seeing as I'm constantly organizing my closet and throwing things all over the place when I'm picking out what to wear, I'm fairly certain that I'm getting in a gym-worthy workout without actually setting foot in a gym! Yay!
Shopping, which I thought would burn more calories given the walking around and such, only burns 152 calories per hour. And costs money.
So here's the lesson: Cleaning your closet not only burns oodles of calories, it's also cheaper than shopping! Plus, it's good to do anyway. It's definitely a win-win!
