Fab Frocks From Matilda Jane!

There's nothing I love more than learning about a new brand. Most recently, I've become obsessed with Matilda Jane, thanks to their fantastic Trunk Keeper Heidi Young. She has a passion for selling all things pretty that truly sets her apart from other sellers.

The brand has clothing for girls, tweens, and women. It's basically a one-stop shop for fashion. I think it's perfect for a busy mom who wants to do all her shopping in the simplest way, without losing that boutique feel. But really, it's great for anyone who just wants to look fabulous.

The foundation of Matilda Jane is what makes it different from other online shops. The founder created the company to support her philanthropy efforts. The company is involved with multiple charity organizations, which I think is incredible. I always love companies that are more than just beautiful clothing, and Matilda Jane fits the bill. What's better than wearing beautiful things and giving back at the same time?

Pictured above, I'm sporting Matilda Jane's Kookaburra Top . I am so in love with it! It's lightweight and airy, making it the perfect top for Spring. The pattern is what drew me in initially. I'm totally loving it's chic, vintage vibe. "Groovy" is the one word I would use to describe it. I can guarantee that I'll be practically living in this for the entire season. And, let's be serious, probably for several seasons to come.

The top retails for $58. That might seem a little steep, but honestly the quality is amazing and I'd probably pay double that for a gorgey top like this anywhere else.

My New Obsession: Hard Candy's Fox in a Box

Hard Candy is one of my favorite makeup brands. Their products work as well as most high-end lines, but they're extremely affordable.

My latest love is their Fox in a Box powder--a collection of five marbleized, baked powders inspired by different moods and personalities. Each box has a different custom-blended shade and fragrance. They're packaged with a scratch n’ sniff sticker so you can sniff before you buy. How cute is that?!

The five shades are:

Girl Boss - a pretty pale gold highlighter with a vanilla frosting scent
Glamour Girl - a peachy highlighter with a pina colada scent
Party Girl - a bronzer with a chocolate scent
Girl Next Door - a pearly pink blush with a strawberry scent
Uptown Girl - a shimmery peachy blush with a sweet peach scent

I love all the hues, but Glamour Girl is my favorite. It makes a great highlighter, even on my super pale skin. I'd actually say that the whole collection is great for people with a fair complexion.

All of the powders apply super smoothly, and are well-pigmented. They're also the perfect size to throw in your purse, for touch-ups on the go. Plus the boxes are so cute that you'll want to apply them in public!

Feathers always make me feel extra fancy and fabulous. So when I came across Janlitlfeather, I was super psyched! The brand features loads of gorgeous feather items, many of them hand-painted, and I'm honestly obsessed.
