There's nothing I love more than learning about a new brand. Most recently, I've become obsessed with Matilda Jane, thanks to their fantastic Trunk Keeper Heidi Young. She has a passion for selling all things pretty that truly sets her apart from other sellers.
The brand has clothing for girls, tweens, and women. It's basically a one-stop shop for fashion. I think it's perfect for a busy mom who wants to do all her shopping in the simplest way, without losing that boutique feel. But really, it's great for anyone who just wants to look fabulous.
The foundation of Matilda Jane is what makes it different from other online shops. The founder created the company to support her philanthropy efforts. The company is involved with multiple charity organizations, which I think is incredible. I always love companies that are more than just beautiful clothing, and Matilda Jane fits the bill. What's better than wearing beautiful things and giving back at the same time?
Pictured above, I'm sporting Matilda Jane's Kookaburra Top . I am so in love with it! It's lightweight and airy, making it the perfect top for Spring. The pattern is what drew me in initially. I'm totally loving it's chic, vintage vibe. "Groovy" is the one word I would use to describe it. I can guarantee that I'll be practically living in this for the entire season. And, let's be serious, probably for several seasons to come.
The top retails for $58. That might seem a little steep, but honestly the quality is amazing and I'd probably pay double that for a gorgey top like this anywhere else.
