Enter Honeydew Intimates. They've got all sorts of fab lingerie, but the panties are the best. Their boyshorts are fabulous and the most comfortable thing I've ever put on. Though they're called "boyshorts", I'd say that the panties are cut a little higher than the average boyshort, which is an advantage.
The panties cover up while being incredibly comfy and they're absolutely adorable at the same time!
